    They prefer areas with plenty of plants where they can hide and hunt like grasslands, bushes, forests, agricultural fields, and gardens.

      Camouflage, they look like leaves, twigs, or even flowers

    Insects like flies, grasshoppers, moths, even small frogs, lizards and other mantises

  • Can rotate their head up to 180°
  • Called “praying” mantis because its front legs look like folded hands for prayers
